When I began my journey of finding a leadership coach to support me through a career transition period, I interviewed several coaches with a variety of styles and approaches. I immediately connected with Laura after just one call. My Powerhouse day with Laura went by so fast and was chock full of insights about myself and how I want to show up in the workplace. After sharing my current professional goals and roadblocks with Laura, we kicked off the Power Code portion of the session where she helped me define my leadership profile. Along the way, Laura shared specific actions I could take to lean on my unique leadership style. Defining my Power Code motivated me to start harnessing the power of my strengths and stop focusing on my weaknesses. The day also included other confidence building activities such as journaling, tapping, and NLP. Laura was incredibly intuitive and thoughtful, which allowed me to trust her quickly in the coaching process.
