Biweekly coaching (CLICK TO EXPAND)

The investment for ongoing coaching is listed in your unique proposal, based on frequency of meeting.

1. In the event your account balance is not paid within thirty (30) days of receipt, Coach may suspend providing services; however, such action by us shall in no way diminish our right to collect any payments then due us. In the event payment is not timely paid by you, Coach reserves the right to charge interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of ten (10%) percent per annum or the maximum allowed by law. In addition to any other right or remedy to which Coach may be entitled, Coach may commence collection proceedings to collect our unpaid fees and expenses, and you agree to pay all costs associated with such proceedings, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

2. The parties hereby agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, cost and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any claim which is inconsistent with or breaches any of the warranties, representations, promises or covenants contained in this proposal provided that such claim is presented in a civil action and reduced to a binding settlement agreement or final nonappealable judgment entered by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

3. This is the entire agreement between the parties and no amendment, modification, waiver, discharge or other change shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by the all parties.

4. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any controversy which may arise hereunder, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

CANCELLATION OF A SESSION

Advance notice of cancellation for 1:1 sessions is required to reschedule – please inquire via email if needed. A session that is not canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled. In the event of vacations and holidays, your coach may reschedule coaching sessions with you and will give you a minimum of 3 business days’ notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your coaching is kept in the strictest professional confidentiality. Of course, law does not protect the confidential communication between coach and client, as we are neither health care professionals nor legal professionals. Coach will only have to suspend this confidentiality agreement in the following cases:

You report imminent suicidal or homicidal ideation.

You report abuse or neglect of a child, dependent or older adult.

Your coach is ordered by a court of law to do so.

You report anything that causes the coach concern for the health and safety of you or others.

WORK BETWEEN SESSIONS

There will be practices assigned for you to complete between sessions. I refer to these assignments as practices. I recommend that you complete them. You cannot expect the same results from your participation when the practices are not completed.

Checking the agree box means you agree to comply with Coach’s policies as stated above.

5. Checking the agree box means you have read & understand that it is the policy of Laura Weldy Coaching, LLC (DBA The Well Supported Woman) to NOT issue refunds for coaching services.

Powerhouse Terms & Conditions (CLICK TO EXPAND)

Powerhouse terms and conditions

  • Your Powerhouse purchase is nonrefundable, although one date reschedule will be made in case of emergency with at least 72 hours notice.
  • You may opt to pay in full or pay via a payment plan. If a payment plan is chosen, each charge will happen automatically on the same day of each month.

ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE

Your purchase includes:

  • 4 hours of virtual or in person coaching to be redeemed no later than date agreed upon between client & coach
  • Email support as you prep for your session
  • Welcome materials day of, along with meals and coffee
  • Please note: travel to Nashville, from Nashville and any travel within Nashville or accomodations are NOT included in the cost of your Powerhouse day.

The Coach recognizes that each client is a capable person with the right and capability to determine their own priorities, goals, and action steps. The coaching process is focused on empowering the client. Each client chooses when to enter a coaching relationship, communicates in a way that is comfortable to them, chooses their primary focus during coaching, and chooses when to end the coaching relationship.

2. Confidentiality:

The Coach ensures all coaching sessions are private, and the confidentiality of the client is protected by the coach; records, notes and files are kept private and the coach does not discuss the client or the content of client sessions. For training purposes, general examples that do not allow for identification of a client are used.

3. Scope of Process:

The Coach recognizes that the coaching process is different in nature from mental health services and coaching does not cross over into mental health services through the use of analyzing, assessing, diagnosing, or giving advice. The Coach clearly communicates the nature of coaching to the client and maintains clear boundaries. The client is fully empowered through coaching to determine their own best course of action. The Coach shall end the coaching process if a reasonable person would believe there is a need for mental health services.

4. Integrity:

The Coach conducts themselves with integrity at all times. The Coach sets and maintains clear and moral personal boundaries, treats the client and their information with confidentiality and respect, and ensures consistency in their behavior, treatment of clients, and communication.

5. Respect:

The Coach fully respects their client by ensuring client self-determination, clear communication, confidentiality, moral personal boundaries, and consistent treatment. The Coach respects and honors their clients time by setting and keeping appointments, establishing clear boundaries for communication between appointments, clearly communicating rates and payment process,

6. Honesty:

The Coach is truthful in all communications, public and private, verbal and written, both in intent and providing information.

Powerhouse & Coaching Bundle (CLICK TO EXPAND)

Client Agreement

Laura Weldy Coaching LLC (DBA The Well Supported Woman) (“Coach”) and

client (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. The Coaching relationship begins with a Powerhouse day + 6-month commitment, or Powerhouseday +3-month commitment, after which the coach and client will asses whether they’ll enter another 3-6 month commitment.

2. Client pays current rate for coaching, as confirmed in email from Coach, as a non-refundable flat fee with this agreement for the 6 months of coaching services AND a day of in person or online coaching known as Powerhouse. This client opts to pay 6 or 3 monthly installments by completing this registration. Billing will happen automatically on the same day each month (ie if you enroll March 1, then all payments will happen on the 1st of the month).

3. After completion of Powerhouse, the Coach and Client will schedule 2 coaching sessions each month for 60 minutes each.

4. In the event your account balance is not paid within thirty (30) days of receipt, Coach may suspend providing services; however, such action by us shall in no way diminish our right to collect any payments then due us. ABOUT YOUR SESSIONS

Your enrollment includes:

(12) 1:1 60-minute Virtual Coaching Sessions for the 6 month coaching option, or (6) 1:1 60-Minute Virtual Coaching Sessions for the 3 month option

Email support is provided as needed and available between (9-4 pm CST), (Monday-Friday).

(Coach) makes every attempt to be available for client support via text, Whatsapp or email, however neither is guaranteed in this agreement. Client & coach may arrange to meet in person for some sessions, but coach reserves the right to meet virtually as needed.

Please note: all sessions must be used within 60 days of your final payment, or they will be surrendered.

6. It is the responsibility of the coach to help you generate your solutions throughout the interactive coaching process. It is the responsibility of the client to come prepared with previous commitments completed, a thoughtful request for the session identified, and a ready-to-be-coached attitude.

The Coach is truthful in all communications, public and private, verbal and written, both in intent and providing information.

Powerhouse Deposit Terms and Conditions

  • Your Powerhouse deposit is nonrefundable, and is used to guarantee you the date you wish to reserve for your Powerhouse day. This amount will be applied toward your overall Powerhouse cost of $2500.

Power Pauses (Powerhouse Alumni Only)

Power Pauses are a commitment of four 90 minute sessions designed to be held on a quarterly basis over 12 months. The investment for PP is $2500 if enrolled in a payment plan ($500 deposit and four $500 quarterly payments) or $2000 if paid in full. Client and Coach will agree together on the date of all four PP sessions. Additional sessions may be added later upon request, but PP fee will not be refunded or changed after initial commitment – this is to provide you with the accountability you need to succeed!

Program Expectations

  • Your enrollment includes: 1 60 min kickoff call, 5 60 minute 1:1 coaching calls and monthly clc workbooks. 

Confidentiality

  • All CLC members agree to share only what they feel comfortable about their career – and anything shared in a group coaching call, email, text or WhatsApp chain is considered confidential and will not be shared outside of the group in any way without permission.
  • Your one on one coaching is kept in the strictest professional confidentiality. Of course, law does not protect the confidential communication between coach and client, as we are neither health care professionals nor legal professionals. Coach will only have to suspend this confidentiality agreement in the following cases: You report imminent suicidal or homicidal ideation. You report abuse or neglect of a child, dependent or older adult. Your coach is ordered by a court of law to do so. You report anything that causes the coach concern for the health and safety of you or others.
  • During group sessions, we’ll encourage a safe space mentality.

Payment information

  • Client pays ($1495) as a non-refundable fee with this agreement for the 5 months of coaching services. In the case of monthly payment plans, the first payment will happen today, and automatically recur on a monthly basis until completed. 
  • In the event your monthly or in full payment is not completed, Coach may suspend providing services; however, such action by us shall in no way diminish our right to collect any payments then due us. In the event payment is not timely paid by you, Coach reserves the right to charge interest on the unpaid balance at the rate of ten (10%) percent per annum or the maximum allowed by law. In addition to any other right or remedy to which Coach may be entitled, Coach may commence collection proceedings to collect our unpaid fees and expenses, and you agree to pay all costs associated with such proceedings, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs.

General

  • The parties hereby agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, cost and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any claim which is inconsistent with or breaches any of the warranties, representations, promises or covenants contained in this proposal provided that such claim is presented in a civil action and reduced to a binding settlement agreement or final nonappealable judgment entered by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
  • This is the entire agreement between the parties and no amendment, modification, waiver, discharge or other change shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by the all parties.
