I was lucky enough to work with Laura as my coach last year and it was one of the best decisions I made for myself, both professionally and personally.

Throughout my time working with her, Laura coached me on how to understand myself, challenge thinking patterns, and bring intention back to my life at a time when I was on the verge of burnout.

Her natural mix of empathy, humor, perspective, and fierceness was the refreshing voice I needed to challenge me out of my rut. I now have the perspective and toolkit to tackle any situation work or life may bring my way.

Thanks, Laura!

I’m Laura Weldy

I’m Laura, a lifelong feminist and certified coach. I’ve known from a young age that I have the smarts and stubborn nature to make a difference in the world. But I spent years in the workplace putting in my time, just waiting for someone to give me a chance to lead.

Eventually, I realized that if I wanted to become the leader I desired to be…I had to stop waiting, tap into my own confidence, and do it for myself.

Creating the life you desire is an act of rebellion that gives other women permission to do the same.

I use my expertise as coach, my signature personal power code system, and years of coaching experience to co-create customized roadmaps for my client’s individual growth.

It’s time to step into true confidence.

How to speak up in meetings

How to speak up in meetings

It’s common for even the most seasoned leaders to experience a moment of uncertainty or anxiety when they have to speak up in a meeting. This is especially true when you’re expected to not just report on statistics, but to share your opinion!

Though many struggle with sharing their opinion or recommendations in a meeting, this can be particularly difficult for those leaders who are Logic Driven in their Motivation style.
