We’re wrapping up 2016 and about to embark on a once in a lifetime adventure together: 2017.

Think about that: you get just one chance to making the most out of this year, and as of this moment it’s an entirely blank slate. It’s both liberating and sometimes scary to consider!

I used to hate setting goals: New Years Resolutions, daily or monthly goals all terrified me for the same reason. What if I was just setting myself up for failure? What if I got really excited about these goals, they never happened, and I was left feeling worse than before?

Eventually I realized that goal setting wasn’t the problem. I recognized that the reason I’d avoided goal setting for so long was because I actually was setting myself up for failure, by not understanding my own motivations and giving myself zero structure.

You can’t just a set a goal, sit back and wait for it to happen. It requires action-but if you’re just acting, trying everything that comes and hoping for the best result, then your efforts won’t be as focused. The more focused you can be, the quicker you’ll build momentum in the direction of what you want!

That’s why I’ve created this guide to goal setting, How to set goals (and actually accomplish them!). Grab your copy here! It’s designed to walk you through, step by step, exactly how to put your thoughts into words. I’ve even included my favorite formula for wording goals that are specific AND rooted in your deeper why.

Along with the guide, I’ll be giving you some ongoing accountability and other freebies along the way. Together, we can map out a clear plan to rockin’ your 2017 and living your most badass adventure yet.
